Ginger Rose + Black Tea Cocktail
makes 1 drink
1 oz rose simple syrup
2 oz ginger liqueur
4 oz double concentrate black tea
sparkling water to top
lemon wedges for serving
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, stir to combine simple syrup, ginger liqueur, and black tea. Stir until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a glass and top with sparkling water. Serve with a lemon wedge.
